Who processes your information
Al Bassil General Trading LLC, Dubai, UAE, operating as BazaarParts.com (“BazaarParts”, “we”, “us”), processes personal data in connection with website use, enquiries, customer accounts, purchases and related services.
Relevant information may include names, business contact details, billing and delivery details, correspondence, order and transaction records, and verification information where necessary. Website tools may also process technical and usage information, depending on the features used and applicable settings.
Purposes and communications concerning your requests
We process relevant information to assess enquiries, prepare quotations, administer accounts, accept and fulfil orders, arrange payments, insurance and delivery, handle returns and claims, conduct necessary verification, maintain records and meet legal obligations.
By submitting an enquiry or order, you request and authorise BazaarParts and persons acting on our behalf to contact you using the email address and telephone number provided where reasonably necessary for those purposes. This includes questions about specifications, availability, payment, verification, dispatch and after-sales matters.
These communications are separate from optional marketing. Providing contact details does not itself constitute consent to unrelated advertising.
Service providers and other recipients
Relevant information may be shared, where necessary and legally permitted, with providers and partners involved in our operations. Processing may take place inside or outside the UAE. International processing and transfers are subject to applicable legal requirements.
Payments
Payments are accepted through Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer. Through these payment methods, BazaarParts does not receive your full payment-card number or card security code.
We may receive and retain transaction-related information, including payer details, payment references, amounts, currencies, payment status and bank-transfer information needed to administer payments, orders and refunds.
Stripe, PayPal and the banks involved process payment information under their applicable privacy notices and legal obligations.
BazaarParts marketing
Where legally permitted and subject to applicable consent requirements, we may use contact details to send BazaarParts’ own product updates, offers and business communications or make marketing calls.
Service providers may distribute these communications on our behalf. They are not authorised by BazaarParts to use customer contact details for their own marketing or another party’s marketing.
You may withdraw marketing consent or request that marketing communications stop by using the unsubscribe option provided or contacting cs@bazaarparts.com. This does not prevent necessary communications concerning your enquiries, orders, payments, deliveries or claims.
Website Technologies, Analytics and Cookies
We use website hosting and platform providers, analytics, tag-management and other technology services to operate, secure and improve the website and understand how it is used. Depending on their configuration, these services may process technical identifiers, device information and website-interaction data.
Cookies and similar technologies are subject to applicable consent requirements. Accepting purchase terms does not itself constitute consent to optional tracking.
Legal grounds, retention and your rights
Processing relies on consent where required or another applicable legal basis. Information is retained for the relevant operational purpose and applicable legal, accounting, compliance and claims requirements. Retention is not unlimited merely because an order was placed.
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to relevant processing, or withdraw consent by contacting cs@bazaarparts.com. Reasonable identity verification may be required.
Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing or processing that may lawfully continue on another basis. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims. Applicable complaint rights remain unaffected.
Please do not send full payment-card numbers or card security codes through email, enquiry forms or messaging services.
